FLAX FLOWER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We deliver fresh flowers throughout the Sunshine Coast.

We do our best to match your order as closely as possible to the arrangements shown on our website. However, due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted. The images on our website are intended as a guide only.

If the recipient is not home and it is safe to do so, we will leave the flowers at the front door. If there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you as the sender.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please include the recipient’s full name, address, and contact number when placing your order.

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 am. If you have any concerns or special requests, please call us on 0409 359 037.

If we are unable to deliver due to locked gates, incorrect addresses, or restricted access to apartments, and we cannot reach you, a redelivery fee may be charged to your credit card

FLAX FLOWER REFUND POLICY:

At Flax Flower, every arrangement is thoughtfully crafted and delivered with care to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
